"We loved everything about our 1935 Spanish Revival home except that it was becoming too small for our growing family. From our first meeting with Mark, it was clear that he had the same vision as we did - provide us the additional space we needed while preserving the design details and the sense of history and scale of the existing house. We could not be happier with the final product. The additional space in the new kitchen, family room, and primary suite he designed flows seamlessly from the old portion of the house. Details like Moorish arches and plaster beams from the existing house, which he repeated throughout the addition, tie the project together visually. Mark was available throughout the construction process as well to advise us on design questions that came up during construction.
